A real consultative approach to DC design looks like this.

What happens after you get in touch with Siggins? We’ll show you.

Have a no-pressure call

Ready to talk?

Warehouse design and installation is all we do. We enjoy talking about it, and enjoy making these conversations insightful.

We’re ready to help your DC get to scalable growth. Let’s get started.

Call a typical systems integrator and you’re talking to a salesperson. Siggins isn’t typical.

There’s no single, immediately pitchable path to robust DC growth. Your DC needs a tailored approach to solve throughput, space and labor issues.

Our process does just that. Let’s look under the hood.

“It’s very, very comforting to know you have a whole organization working for you, not just one guy on the other end of the phone.”

—James Ranalli III, Owner and President, United Auto Supply

—Dave Loucks, Director of Logistics, Shop LC

With Siggins, they're coming in and I felt like from the very first minute, we're talking the exact same language.

“To me, it wasn't selling. They never came here to sell me anything. We always said, ‘Hey, this is what we need.’ And [Siggins] suggested ways to reduce the costs and still get what needs to be done.”

—Brett Patton, Operations Manager, Rogers Sporting Goods

Systems integration moves more product with less people, so long as you have an expert design. Many DCs can cut back labor by 50%.

When you do systems integration the Siggins way, you won’t need to slow down operations.

Do you need a goods-to-person installation? It depends. Discover whether you should opt for robotics.

Why other systems integrators are beholden to brands, not you. And why Siggins is different.

Honesty matters in systems integration. See why top retailers and 3PLs trust Siggins.

Don’t look for a new warehouse when you already have one. Siggins can often increase inventory storage by 30% or more. Discover how.

Systems integration, not product marketing.

A systems integrator that’s committed to DCs — not equipment brands

“Siggins’ methodology is probably similar to most: Collect a bunch of data, go through the data, and try to understand the basic building blocks that the organization has worked with. But then they go further and try to understand who we are as a company, and that lets them dig a little bit deeper and propose not only creative solutions, but solutions tailored to the ROI targets that we have for ourselves.”

—William Burke, Global Director of Engineering, Columbia Sportswear Company

Scalability begins with discovery

Fill out a form on our site and get a response within hours. You’ll be set up on an introductory call — just around 20 or 30 minutes — with our VP of Systems Integration.

The agenda? To figure out exactly how Siggins can bring value to your DC. Most systems integrators start with pitches, but Siggins starts with questions. You won’t be pigeonholed into a solution that isn’t the right fit.

Throughout that call and a possible follow-up meeting, we’ll ask you about your facility, challenges and goals. We’ll request some data, too. You’ll be introduced to the work we do, and, if there’s a mutual-fit, we’ll start planning the site survey.

Boots on the ground. They matter.

The site survey happens as soon as you're ready. A Siggins team can be at your facility within days.

They'll tour your DC, observing operations and collecting information that doesn't typically reside in a report: product flow within your facility, technology bottlenecks, how your workforce interacts with equipment and other intangibles. This process arms our team to do their best work and propose creative solutions to meet your targets.

The team you meet initially will be with you from beginning to end. Siggins doesn't do handoffs. You won't ever speak to someone who doesn't understand the ins-and-outs of your DC.

Smart designs don’t have to sacrifice speed

Design planning begins as soon as the site survey ends. Siggins moves fast. Expect a thoughtful concept for your DC within 4-6 weeks.

Almost every DC we partner with needs better storage and productivity. How we get there is always unique. Sometimes that means adding new technology. Sometimes it means
no new equipment at all.

Because Siggins is brand-independent, a
whole suite of high and low-tech solutions are on the table. You’re kept in the loop as we suggest concepts to meet your needs and budget. And once we agree on the best path forward, we get you a full proposal in a matter of weeks.

That proposal includes an executive summary, detailed pricing, a description of your DC’s future operating methodology and a project timeline. Then we meet to discuss the design and answer any questions. And if your team agrees, we kick off implementation.
